ReproScan Refund and Scan Policy

No Show Policy & Cancellation Policy

ReproScan understands that things come up and on occasion and clients may not be able to attend a scheduled appointment. As a courtesy to other clients who may be looking to schedule an appointment, there is no fee to reschedule within 24hrs notice. Should you cancel outside of 24hrs notice, there will be a 50e admin fee retained. For cancellations within 24hrs or No Show, there will be no refund given.

Please note, all refunds once approved, can take up to 5-10 working days to hit your account. Refunds will only be refunded onto the card used at the time of payment.

Voucher/Discount and Payment Information:

Where a discount code is available, there is only one per customer use.
If you wish to avail of a voucher, please contact the clinic to book over the phone.
Our vouchers are non-refundable.

Method of Payments

Our clinics work on a card only basis. Payment is  required at the time of booking your appointment.  We do not have the capacity to accept cash at present.

Scan Policy

ReproScan offers elective ultrasounds. Our ultrasounds do not replace any physician ordered, diagnostic or maternity hospital required ultrasound. Your scan will be transferred electronically to you after the appointment by phone or email. All images will be sent to you through Tricefy. The link from Tricefy will only be valid for 90 days and patients are advised to download their images & videos , as we are unable to retrieve or access these outside of the 90 days.

3D/4D Pregnancy Scans:

ReproScan offers elective 3D/4D ultrasounds. Our 3D/4D ultrasounds do not replace any physician ordered or diagnostic medical ultrasound.

The quality of the imaging for 3D/4D scans is dependent upon many factors such as:

• Age of baby
• Amount of amniotic fluid surrounding baby
• Position of baby
• Location of the placenta.
• BMI

Due to the above factors, we can’t always guarantee the types of images we can get.

You will receive 15-20 images in 2D and 3D and several short 4D video clips. Your scan will be transferred electronically to you after the appointment by phone or email.

If a 3D/4D cannot be completed, we will perform a ‘Just A Look Scan’ and you will be reimbursed the difference.

Gender Scans

ReproScan can only offer Gender Scans from 18 weeks of pregnancy. Should you attend earlier than 18 weeks, your scan will be converted to an ‘Early Pregnancy’ or ‘Just A Look’ Scan.

We can only offer an opinion on what we see at a particular moment in time. If baby is poorly positioned or the gender area is occluded for reason, this will prevent 100% accuracy. For this reason it is advisable not to take any action based on this opinion and ReproScan will not be liable for any outlay incurred based on this opinion.

There will be no rescheduling or repeating of scans at a later date . Full costs apply to re-book at a later date. You will receive 8-10 images in 2D and 3D (If Possible).You will not receive any images of the gender. Your scan will be converted to a Just A Look Scan

Just a Look Scan

For this scan type, you will receive 8-10 images in 2D and 3D(If Possible). All of these will be transferred electronically after the appointment by phone or email.

Early Pregnancy Scans

For this scan you will receive 8-10 images in 2D and a typed report. All of these will be transferred electronically after the appointment by phone or email.

Fertility and Pelvic Scans

Your scan report and images will be transferred electronically to you after the appointment by phone or email.
ReproScan will only forward scan reports to the patient attending for this service. We do not provide the service of any interpretation of scan reports.
